📦 Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Radiayn. We’re committed to delivering your skincare and light therapy products quickly, safely, and reliably. Please review our shipping policy below, which applies to all orders placed through our online store.


🛍️ Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email.

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to become available.

  • During high-volume periods (e.g., holidays, product launches, sales), order processing times may be slightly extended.


🚚 Domestic Shipping (United States)

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

  • Express Shipping: 1–2 business days

Shipping times are estimates and may vary based on your location and carrier delays, which are outside of our control.


🌍 International Shipping

  • We currently offer international shipping to select countries. Estimated delivery times vary by destination but typically range from 7–21 business days.

  • Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by their country’s regulations. Radiayn is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.


📦 Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, order weight, and selected shipping method. Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly stated at checkout.


🚫 Order Issues & Delivery Delays

  • Radiayn is not responsible for packages delayed due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer, natural disasters, carrier delays, or other events beyond our control.

  • If your package is marked as delivered by the carrier but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly. We are unable to refund or replace orders marked as delivered.

🔁 Order Changes & Cancellations

  • Orders cannot be changed or canceled once they have been processed. Please review your order details carefully before checkout.

📦 Pre-Orders & Backorders

If an item is on pre-order or backorder, the estimated shipping date will be indicated on the product page. Orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items will be shipped once all items are available unless otherwise specified.
