📦 Returns

We accept returns of unopened and unused products within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original packaging and in the same condition that you received it.

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on products that have been opened, used, or tampered with (including skincare products and face masks).
💳 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you received free shipping, a standard shipping fee may be deducted from your refund.
🔄 Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need an exchange, contact us at [support@radiayn.com] within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging.

Our LED mask comes with a 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturer defects.

Warranty does not cover damage from misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear.

To initiate a return, please email [support@radiayn.com] with your order number and reason for return. If approved, we will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization number (RMA).
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or the wrong item was sent.
